By using the AniRise app ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
AniRise is an app for tracking anime titles, receiving reminders when new episodes air, keeping a list of favorites, and discussing titles through comments.
Most features require an account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
You can sign in with email and password, or through Google or Apple.
By posting comments, you agree not to post:
The app's design, logo, and source code belong to the AniRise developers. Anime title information (names, descriptions, cover artwork) is aggregated from public sources and belongs to its respective rights holders.
When you sign in with Google or Apple, you also agree to those providers' own terms of service. We do not control and are not responsible for their policies.
We may suspend or terminate account access if these Terms are violated. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of episode air-date information, as it may depend on third-party sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
